the truth of the Internet
So very true...

..back up everything (if it is a piece of content that is worth a damn to you)
I like the approach of “local Internet” or keep all that matters – I run wget and curl on a regular basis and download all music/movies/videos from NewPipe or/and FreeTube (YouTube front ends – F-Droid and Linux, respectively), download text documents and PDF's/ebooks at random from archive.org and annas-archive, photos: anywhere to enlarge and Right Click > Save, screenshots (conversations on IRC, other random things), APK files, iso's (I stay light on both of those because new updates always come out), and I keep a running plaintext list for Contacts (contacts.txt) for people, phone numbers, addresses, e-mail, as well as media.txt for all movies/shows/books I have yet to download, cli.txt for all Sysadmin things I need to know/remember, links.txt for relevant, interesting links to share on Ctrl-c and SDF.
