We really need rain. Like, really need it.
Thankfully, Artemis and I found the last remaining patch of green grass in Denton today.
While I’m doing a rain dance, here’s what I’ll be reading:
- The Boss discusses his struggles with depression; even offers some ways he has coped:
“…if you can acknowledge it and you can relax with it a little bit, very often it shortens its duration.”
- Movement is key to our mental health and can help stave off dementia, at least according to the presented literature. Even short durations of movement, walking for instance or stretching, is a net positive.
- Some strategies to help process difficulties with mental health. Wow, you can really tell where my mental state is.
- If you’re spending any time outdoors, give this a read.
Until the next time.
