August came and went.
The days are getting shorter but beauty is there if you only slow down.
What I’m Reading
- I need to make more friends; it’s good for your health or so I’m told.
- Apparently, according to this study, reading helps us live longer, too.
- This weekend, I’m going to be working on developing ˆsisu. Join me?
- Yet again, people are writing about exercise and mood without acknowledging how habitual physical activity needs to be to see benefits. Short breaks to move seem more helpful and practical. Either way, I’m not doing work this weekend.
