Mr. Smith
When I was in the sixth grade,
my teacher said something I will never forget.
“You are a representative for your family.
When people judge you, they judge your family too.”
For the longest time,
I didn't understand what he meant.
(I was twelve at the time)
But now I am beginning to see,
He was right and wrong all along.
So then,
shall we agree
to disagree?
