A Festival of Renewal

Not every connection fades with time. Some deepen in silence.
Three days,
and I brim with
energy,
knowledge,
love.
Not the kind of full
that fades with sleep,
but the kind that lingers—
it will echo in my soul and
in my speech for weeks yet.
Three days
of open verse
and open hearts.
Truths poured out
as living water
into the vessels
we brought—
broken and imperfect,
but willing.
I came spent.
I leave renewed.
I came with questions.
I leave with clarity,
or at least the calm
to carry the unknown
with grace.
There was love
in every handshake,
every hug,
every shared glance,
every child’s laugh
echoing down the hall.
There was power
in each word spoken
from the platform—
not just sound,
but light.
And above it all,
His presence.
Steady.
Near.
Undeniable.
This festival
is enough.
I do not need
anything more.
Not now.
I am seen.
I am known.
I am part
of something eternal.
As the chairs empty
and the last song fades
into hallway goodbyes,
I walk out
into the evening air—
and it feels
like stepping into
a world newly lit.
And I know now
That I can make it
One more day.
