Some Light Logo Design
We interrupt our regularly schedule whine and moan
So, I'm some kind of author-writer, romantic poet-memoirist. i'm trying to figure out EXACTLY what that means. I've got over a million words penned and at least half a dozen books in the wings.
Part of that journey is connecting with other writers. I stumbled into a workshop in a little bookstore not far from here. They need a new logo-mark and I guess I was Mister right-now! Here are some early first stabs. Ultimately, this will be super rough and shakey, but I'm juggling some ideas.
They love the Pig, it's a character in a novel about the old west (a big eats a rattlesnake). The violin is a nod to Chagal (via Notting Hill) and the octopus... well, someone special likes both music and octopodes. Hope this makes her smile.
