In theology, apokatastasis (Greek: ἀποκατάστασις, /æpoʊkəˈtæstəsɪs/, also spelled apocatastasis) is the restoration of creation to a condition of perfection.
My apokatastasis prayer, at the end of intercession, before entering into silent Centering Prayer:
I pray for the restoration of the whole world and every living being in it, visible and invisible.
May the blood you shed during your incarnation and crucifixion permeate the very ground of this world, the heart of all matter, and glorify every living creature, every power under heaven.
Restore your broken image in us, and raise us with you in your resurrection and glorious ascension to new life in your eternal kingdom.
