• 07:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 08:15 – WOKE VATICAN: Millions Resist Pope’s “Hostile Takeover” – Remnant TV
• 08:50 – Today's Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries, is offered as Day 13 of the 54-Day Novena for Our Nation, and that is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for the Twenty-first Sunday in Ordinary Time
• 18:30 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Health Metrics:
• bw= 220.90 lbs.
• bp= 141/78 (62)

Diet:
• 08:00 – cottage cheese, 1 banana
• 12:30 – 2 ham and cheese sandwiches
• 15:00 – bowl of shrimp and vegetable salad

Chores, etc.:
• 08:30 – have monitored bank accounts activity
• 09:30 – watching old eps. of comic book heroes on H&I Network
• 12:40 – it's baseball o'clock. watching pregame shows before choosing which games to follow through the afternoon
• 13:15 – and this afternoon's Rangers vs Twins game is now underway
• 17:00 – After a long, 13 inning Rangers loss, I had a long, voice phone call with a KofC officer
• 19:00 – watching old eps. of Star Trek on H&I

Chess:
• 16:55 – moved in all pending CC games
