• 13:00 – stir-fry meat and vegetables

• 11:30 – have just mowed the front yard. That 1 ½ hour chore was made more bearable by stopping every half hour to sit inside under the a/c, snd drink cool water and cold Gatorade.

• 15:00 – watch an old ep of STTNG
• 16:00 – national and local news and weather
• 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune
• 19:00 – listen to One America News Network on iHeart radio

• 14:00 – moved in most pending CC games
