• 12:00 – Genesis 13-15; Mark 2:18-28 – This is day 7 of 365 in my Bible Reading Project.
• 15:20 – the Daily Meditation from Benedictus
• 22:30 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Sorrowful Mysteries.

Diet:
• 07:15 – applesauce, ½ peanut butter sandwich, baked beans
• 10:30 – snacking on peanuts and raisins
• 11:00 – snacking on cheese
• 13:30 – fried talapia, egg plant, spinach and cheese, ice cream
• 17:45 – ½ cheeseburger sandwich, 1 chocolate shake

Chores, etc.:
• 06:00 – listen to KTSA
• 07:30 to 09:00 – prepare and post a a business notice and questionare, and monitor responses
• 09:30 – Where Have All the Workers Gone? – Steve Green's Right Angle
• 10:30 – Transgenderism is a Cult – The Liz Wheeler Show
• 11:30 – began the long process of upgrading my computer's Operating System
• 13:30 – eat lunch with Sylvia, watch old game shows, nap.
• 15:45 – track news reports from various sources
• 17:00 – take supplies to STM kitchen, withdraw $ from local ATM, p/u carry out dinner from McDonald's
• 18:00 – local news and weather
• 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune
• 19:00 – help a friend with a computer problem
• 20:00 – watch The African Queen

Chess:
• 11:00 – moved in all pending CC games
