• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 07:30 – Today's Rosary, the Sorrowful Mysteries, is offered as part of the annual Novena to Bl. Fr. Michael McGivney, and is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for the Memorial of Saint Clare, virgin.
• 08:15 – Sebastian Gorka On The FBI Targeting Traditional Catholics: “The FBI is unsalvageable” – Bannon's War Room
• 19:15 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

• 16:00 – local news and weather
• 16:30 – sitting still and listening to soft jazz while reading from a good book
