• 19:25 – The Hour of Vespers for today from The Pre Vatican II, Traditional Roman Breviary in English. – The Meditation of the day from Magnificat Monthly Magazine. – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Diet:
• 06:45 – ½ peanut butter sandwich
• 08:30 – 1 Arby's RB sandwich
• 10:45 – applesauce
• 12:00 – egg drop soup, Mongolian beef lunch plate
• 16:30 – 1 Arby's RB sandwich

• 05:30 – text and email comms with KofC officer
• 06:00 – monitor bank accounts activity
