* 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
* 06:00 – praying The Angelus
* 07:00 – praying the Joyful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary. Today's Traditional Rosary is prayed as day 37 of 54 of the 2024 Novena for our Nation.
* 12:00 – praying The Angelus
* 15:30 – Thought for today from Archbishop Lefebvre: It is imperative then to return to the traditions of the Church, to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass of all times, to the Sacraments of all times, and to the adoration and love of our Lord Jesus Christ who is the only way to salvation.
* 17:30 – prayerfully reading The Athanasian Creed, followed by today's Daily Meditation found in Benedictus Magazine.
* 18:00 – praying The Angelus
* 20:10 – The hour of Compline for tonight according to the Traditional Pre-Vatican II Divine Office, followed by Fr. Chad Ripperger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

* 08:00 – listen to relaxing music
* 09:00 – worked on lawn mower #1, think I fixed it, shall return to the yard work I left undone yesterday morning
* 12:00 to 13:00 – cool down from the morning's yard work.
* 14:00 – watch old game shows and eat lunch at home with Sylvia
* 15:15 – watch Fox and Father Episode #027, a Reclaim The Media podcast on You Tube
* 16:30 – follow news reports on RAV
* 17:00 – local news and weather
* 18:20 – listening to Syracuse Orange Sports Radio ahead of their College Football Game vs the Stanford Cardinal, opening kickoff coming soon.
