Prayers, etc.:
• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 07:40 – The SORROWFUL MYSTERIES of the Holy Rosary. Followed by The Memorare.
• 08:10 – News of the Church and the World – Canon212
• 09:40 – Thought for today from Archbishop Lefebvre: If contemplation is a gaze of love upon Jesus crucified and glorified, it is slipping the soul into the hands of God. “Into Thy hands I commend My spirit” (Lk. 23:46). And that can only happen by a complete surrender of our will into the hands of God, that is to say, a consummate obedience to His holy will; will signified by God and by those who participate legitimately in His authority and rightly use that participation; will of good pleasure signified by God Himself in the events that touch us over the course of our existence: illness, trials... Let us meditate on these great teachings of the Church and let us strive to put them into practice in the circumstances of our own life.

• 19:00 – The hour of Compline for tonight according to the Traditional Pre-Vatican II Divine Office, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
• 04:30 – 2 oatmeal cookies
• 06:05 – ½ pb&j sandwich
• 07:30 – applesauce and cottage cheese
• 12:00 – home made beef stew
• 15:00 – snacked on several oatmeal cookies through the afternoon.

Chores, etc.:
• 05:00 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 05:00 – listen to local news talk radio
• 08:00 – watching The Good Guys at Sunrise – on H&I
• 11:00 – watch old eps. of Wheel of Fortune
• 12:00 – eat lunch at home with Sylvia
• 14:05 – AH! Baseball! 1st pitch has just been thrown. MLB Cactus League – Rangers vs Royals. Go Rangers!
• 16:40 – After the Texas Rangers win, I switch over to the college basketball pregame show of Kent St. vs Akron, and I plan to listen to the game, opening tip scheduled for 17:00

Chess:
• 07:15 – moved in all pending CC games
