Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and The Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bedtime will be the Sorrowful Mysteries.

Diet:
• 07:00 – bowl of oatmeal w. raisins, toast & butter
• 09:30 – meat loaf
• 16:00 – bowl of ground meat and mixed vegetables

• 08:30 – phone convo with KofC Officer
• 09:00 to 11:00 – spent two hours researching and writing KofC notices
• 11:30 to 13:30 – yard work, mow front yard
• 14:00 – watch game show with Sylvia
• 15:00 – financial news
• 16:00 – Doctor Who on Pluto TV
• 18:00 – local news and weather
• 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune
• 19:00 – Godzilla Marathon on Comet TV

Chess:
• 16:00 – have moved in most pending CC games
