• 09:30 – Isaiah 58:9, followed by a Meditation on “The Choice of Resolutions” from Toward Easter, and by today's Rosary, the Sorrowful Mysteries again, because it's Lent.
• 20:00 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. Followed by the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• 20:40 – The Hour of Compline for tonight from the Divine Office.

Diet:
• 07:15 – 1 banana, toast & butter
• 10:45 – steak, fried mushrooms, toast
• 13:30 – fish and vegetable soup, ice cream

Chores, etc.:
• 05:30 – health metrics recorded
• 05:45 – listen to KTSA
• 06::45 – monitored bank accounts activity

• 08:45 – monitor SAWS working on water leak
• 10:00 – watching Steve Bannon's War Room
• 11:00 – watching The Absolute Truth with Emerald Robinson TV Show
• 12:30 – watch South Park ep.
• 13:00 – watch old game shows and eat lunch at home with Sylvia
• 14:40 – The Fake Air Raid Siren is the Last Straw – The Dan Bongino Show
• 16:00 – watching Steve Bannon's War Room the late afternoon / early evening editions
