Prayers, etc.:
• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 12:40 – Today's Rosary, the Sorrowful Mysteries, is offered as Day 11 of the 54-Day Novena for Our Nation, and that is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for Friday of the Twentieth Week in Ordinary Time
• 19:00 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Health Metrics:
• bw= 222.80 lbs.
• bp= 149/77 (57)

Diet:
• 06:45 – ½ pb&j sandwich
• 12:00 – fried fish and cooked vegetables
• 14:00 – cottage cheese
• 17:30 – garden salad

Chores, etc.:
• 09:30 – posted notice to Assembly , I've just stepped down as “owner” of Google Group
• 10:30 – have just spent an hour cutting a fallen branch in front yard and loading the cuttings into green organics bin
• 11:00 – The Dana Show – Dana Loesch
• 12:00 – watch old game shows and eat lunch at home with Sylvia
• 13:00 – back to The Dana Show – Dana Loesch
• 14:00 – following news reports from various sources.
• 17:00 – catching the Tampa Bay Rays Pregame show before their game against the Yankees. I'll probably catch the 1st innings before moving over to the Rangers game.
• 18:35 – have left the Devil Rays game and tuned in the Rangers Pregame Show, their game against the Twins to follow.

Chess:
• 14:30 – moved in all pending CC games
