• 07:45 – The SORROWFUL MYSTERIES of the Holy Rosary.
• 14:00 – Harrison Butker; devout Traditional Latin mass Catholic – Tridentine Catholic
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 19:30 – The hour of Compline for tonight according to the Traditional Pre-Vatican II Divine Office, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
• 06:00 – ½ pb&j sandwich
• 07:45 – pizza
• 09:15 – cottage cheese and pineapple slices
• 13:00 – cucumber salad, steak, mashed potatoes

• 07:15 – monitor bank accounts activity
• 11:00 – watch old game shows
• 12:30 – assemble exercise machine
• 13:00 – eat lunch at home with Sylvia

• 15:30 – listening to relaxing music
• 17:30 – follow the radio call of college basketball, Ohio Bobcats vs Kent St.
