Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Sorrowful Mysteries

Diet:
• 07:30 – 1 pb&j sandwich, fresh apple chunks
• 12:30 – a BIG buffet meal at Asian Buffet, one of my favorite places to eat.
• 17:00 – 1 small Splenda diabetic shake

• 10:00 – yard work, water flower bed plants

• 12:30 – took Sylvia out for lunch
• 14:30 – got back home just before the storm hit. Timing is everything.
• 15:00 – financial news reports
• 15:30 – national and local news and weather
• 16:00 – joined twitch.tv so I can follow The Stratosphere Lounge
• 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune
• 20:00 – listen to The Stratosphere Lounge ep. for this week

Chess:
• 10:45 – moved in all chess.com and Game Knot games, started a new game at lichess
