• 07:40 – Today's Rosary, the Sorrowful Mysteries
• 07:55 – Daily Mass Readings for Friday of the Sixteenth Week in Ordinary Time(https://bible.usccb.org/podcasts/audio/daily-mass-reading-podcast-july-28-2023)
• 20:15 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Diet:
14:00 – adobo, pancit, egg rolls, halo-halo
16:45 – 1 banana
17:15 – snacking on cheese

• 11:30 to 13:00 – blood drawn for lab work
• 13:15 to 15:00 – lunch with Sylvia
• 16:00 – Follow news reports from various sources and old game shows
• 19:00 – old Star Trek eps.

• 09:15 – moved in all pending CC games
