* kegel pelvic floor exercise, half squats, calf raises, wall push-ups

Diet:
* 06:30 – toast and butter
* 07:00 – 1 banana, 2 crispy oatmeal cookies
* 09:30 – beef chop suey, fried rice
* 10:30 – dish of ice cream
* 15:30 – 1 peanut butter sandwich

Activities, Chores, etc.:
* 05:30 – listen to local news, talk radio
* 05:50 – bank accounts activity monitored
* 06:45 – read, pray, listen to news reports from various sources
* 11:30 – rec'd phone call from clinical trial people
* 15:15 – listening to The Jack Ricardi Show
* 17:00 – listening to The Joe Pags Show
* 18:10 – tuned into the University of Louisville Radio Station for my Friday Night Football, a College Game with the Clemson Tigers traveling to the Louisville Cardinals

Chess:
* 14:30 – moved in all pending CC games
