I wonder how long it will take me to assemble this Twist Stepper With Handle Bar piece of exercise equipment that Amazon delivered earlier this afternoon? Hope I have it up and ready to use by the time S gets home from work. She'll be so happy!
Her doctor told her that she absolutely has to lose weight, and she has to do it mostly by exercising in order to save her liver. She works long hours at two sedentary jobs and there is simply not enough time in a day for her to make use of a gym membership. With this new machine set up at home... maybe.
My doctors have been harping at me to lose weight, too, so I'll be using this thing. Of course, it won't assemble itself. Time for me to get to work!
