• 05:20 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 21:35 – Gal 6:14-18, Mt 16:24-27
• 21:45 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Monday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Joyful Mysteries.

Diet:
• 07:20 – ½ peanut butter sandwich, applesauce
• 08:30 – 1 banana
• 11:45 – bowl of pancit
• 12:45 – 1 pb&j sandwich
• 16:45 – big bowl of macaroni salad

Chores, etc.:
• 06:45 – Mornings with Maria
• 08:00 – National Guard Fills Gov Roles – a Crossroads conversation with Joshua Philipp
• 09:00 – update paper planner, note cards, sort through correspondence
• 10:15 – start my weekly laundry
• 11:45 – start watching old game shows
• 15:00 – watch old eps of NCIS with Sylvia.
• 18:00 – local news and weather
• 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune
• 19:00 – and more NCIS, one old ep then the new one
• 21:00 – police the kitchen

Chess:
• 14:10 – moved in all pending CC games
