• 15:30 – the daily meditation from Magnificat monthly magazine; and the daily meditation from Benedictus.
• 21:45 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Monday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum. – Tonight's Rosary is the Joyful Mysteries.
Diet:
• 07:00 – 1 banana, ½ ham & cheese sandwich
• 10:30 – meat loaf
• 13:30 – 1 ham & cheese sandwich, ½ banana
• 15:20 – ice cream & peanut butter
• 18:00 – ½ BLT sandwich
• 20:45 – 2 chili dogs, 3 little chocolate chip cookies

• 08:00 to 11:30 – research KofC issues and exhange texts with several KofC Officers
• 12:30 – have eye glasses repaired and shopping at Walmart
• 13:30 – watch old game shows with Sylvia

• 15:45 – Prep for tonight's KofC Council meeting
• 17:00 – follow news reports from various sources
• 18:30 to 21:30 – KofC Council mtg.
