• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 16:15 – the daily meditation from Magnificat; and a daily meditation from Benedictus ; Leviticus 15-16; Romans 5; This is day 45 of 365 in my Bible Reading Project; and Today's Bible Readings at Mass – according to the Novus Ordo Rite of the Catholic Church.
• 21:05 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Monday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Joyful Mysteries.
Diet:
• 07:15 – applesauce, ½ peanut butter sandwich
• 13:15 – fried mushrooms and calamari, tomato soup, garden salad
• 20:15 – 2 chili dogs, 3 sugar cookies

• 09:30 – Just Human: Durham's Latest Filing Feb. 13 podcast
• 11:30 – assemble KofC documents
• 12:45 to 14:30 – take Sylvia out for Valentine's Day dinner
• 17:00 – follow national and local news and weather
• 18:00 – leave for tonight's KofC Council meeting
• 21:00 – return home from the Council meeting

• 15:00 – move in all pending CC games
