• 05:30 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 19:00 – many formal prayers prayed in common with my Brother Knights at tonight's Council Meeting
• 21:45 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and The Monday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Five Decades of the Rosary before bed will be the Joyful Mysteries.
Diet:
• 07:00 – bowl of oatmeal, 1 orange, baked chicken
• 15:00 – 1 banana
• 17:00 – bowl of meat and vegetables
• 18:00 – sweet rice desert
• 20:00 – 1 chili dog with mustard
Chores, etc.:
• 05:00 – listen to local talk radio
• 08:50 – Bosom Buddies – Steve Green's Right Angle
• 09:30 – phone conversation with GK
• 09:45 – started the weekly laundry
• 10:00 – Prep for tonight's KofC Council mtg.
• 12:30 – update paper planner and note cards
• 19:00 – KofC Council meeting
