Prayers, etc.:
• 04:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 08:15 – Praying the Joyful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, followed by The Memorare.
• 09:30 – Thought for today from Archbishop Lefebvre: Interior prayer ought to be simple because it arises from the contemplation of God's acts of kindness toward us, of His great goodness and our misery. Those two subjects place us before God as children before a Father who is everything.
• 12:00 – the Angelus
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 19:00 – The hour of Compline for tonight according to the Traditional Pre-Vatican II Divine Office, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Monday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

• bw= 220.20 lbs
• bp= 131/74 (75)

Diet:
• 06:00 – ½ pb&j sandwich, 1 banana
• 12:15 – roasted chicken
• 16:00 – steamed vegetables
• 19:00 – snack on cheese

Chores, etc.:
• 04:15 – listen to local news talk radio
• 08:40 – put on relaxing background music while waiting for a/c repairman to arrive
• 11:00 – watch old game shows
• 12:00 – lunch at home with Sylvia
• 14:00 – following the Texas Rangers vs Chicago White Sox Spring Training MLB game
• 16:00 – setup new microwave
• 17:00 – follow news reports from various sources
• 17:45 – tuned into the pregame show for tonight's college basketball game between the Miami Hurricanes and the N. Carolina Tar Heels, the game to start soon.

Chess:
• 07:15 – moved in all pending CC games
