• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 08:00 – Ezechial 34:11-16. Mathew 25: 31-46. And today's Rosary will be the Sorrowful Mysteries again, because it's Lent.
• 08:30 – “A Time of Conversion”, a meditation for today from Toward Easter
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 20:30 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. Followed by the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• 21:00 – The Hour of Compline for tonight from the Divine Office.

Diet:
• 06:40 – 1 banana
• 07:40 – sweet rice
• 12:30 – peanut butter sandwich
• 13:30 – fish steaks, ice cream
• 17:30 – fish steaks

Chores, etc.:
• 05:30 – health metrics recorded
• 06:00 – listen to KTSA
• 08:50 – start my weekly laundry
• 09:15 – 1 mi. walk in neighborhood, to ATM and back
• 10:10 – called both my primary bank and my pension company trying to resolve an issue
• 11:30 – watch old game shows
• 14:00 – set up Sylvia's new air fryer
• 14:50 – Project O'Keefe – Bill Whittle's Right Angle
• 15:20 – tuned into this afternoon's Rangers vs Reds MLB Game in progress, Rangers are up 8 – 1 in the 4th.
• 16:00 – yard work, uprooting weeds in front lawn
• 17:30 – watching Steve Bannon's War Room
• 18:00 – local news and weather
• 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune
• 19:00 – Star Trek: TOS, to be followed by Star Trek:TNG

Chess:
• 11:00 – moved in all pending CC games
