• 07:00 – 1 ham and cheese sandwich
• 08:00 – 1 banana
• 12:45 – fried chicken dinner, cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits and jam
• 17:00 – 1 small Splenda diabetic shake

• 05:30 – listen to KTSA
• 06:00 – place grocery delivery order
• 09:00 – Steve Bannon's War Room
• 11:00 – go to Randolph Air Base with Sykvia
• 12:45 – lunch at home with Sylvia, watch old game shows
• 16:00 – follow news reports from various sources
• 18:00 – much of my evening from here on was spent helping the wife with chores, and texting and emailing with other KofC Officers
