Prayers, etc.:
• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 06:50 – Praying the Joyful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary
• 14:45 – January 29, 2024: Don't Be An Anglican or a Jesuit. Follow the Cassock for Catholicism – Canon212
• 15:00 – Thought for today from Archbishop Lefebvre: The saints converted many more people by their example, by their prayer, by their mortification, than they did by their words. Of course words are necessary; discussion is necessary. We have to convince, we have to preach, obviously! But if the saints convinced people by their preaching, it is indeed because they were saints. People need that holiness. There is something we have to remember and have constantly before our eyes.
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 20:30 – The hour of Compline for tonight according to the Traditional Pre-Vatican II Divine Office, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Monday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

• 10:30 – pb&j sandwich, mashed potatoes
• 11:45 – baked chicken leg quarter, cottage cheese, applesauce
• 15:00 – snacking on cheese

• 05:00 – listen to local news talk radio
• 06:00 – monitor bank accounts activity
• 07:30 – prep for my early morning doctor's appointment, lab work, etc.
• 08:15 to 10:15 – Drs. apt.
• 10:30 – eat lunch at home
• 13:30 – follow news reports from various sources
• 15:30 – Watch an ep. of Jeopardy
• 16:00 – local news and weather
• 16:40 – The Absolute Truth With Emerald Robinson January 29, 2024
• 17:40 – Listening to the pregame show for tonight's college basketball game, Duke Blue Devils vs Virginia Tech Hokies, the tipoff scheduled for ~ 18:00. Yes, of course, I'll stay on this station to hear the radio call of the game.
• 20:00 – After the Duke win, I've turned to coverage of the Texas Longhorns vs the Houston Cougars. Opening Tipoff coming soon.
