• 19:30 – Exodus 23-24; Mark 12:18 -34; This is day 31 of 365 in my Bible Reading Project.
• 20:30 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Glorious Mysteries.

Diet:
• 12:30 – after fasting prior to having blood drawn at my doctor's office this morning, I have a big buffet meal at Golden Corral with Sylvia
• 17:30 – cooked vegetables
• 18:45 – 1 slice of pie

Chores, etc.:
• 07:15 – setup an auto pay plan at one of my banks
• 07:45 – sent Fallout notice to Assembly Google Group
• 14:00 – Whew! Finally home. The power went off in my neighborhood this morning ~ 08:15 and remained off until about 09:45. I spent the remainder of the morning having routine test and lab work done downtown at my doctor's office. Then I went out to lunch with Sylvia and have just now returned home. Think I'll decompress for a bit before moving into the rest of this day.

• 17:30 – Truckers vs. Mandates – a Crossroads conversation with Joshua Philipp
• 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune
• 21:15 – leisure reading until sleep
