• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 09:15 – Daily Mass Readings for 29 April 2023
• 09:30 – Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries.
• 20:00 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – Followed by the Saturday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum – And the Hour of Compline for tonight from the Divine Office.

Health Metrics:
• bw= 219.60
• bs= 95
• bp= 159/84 (56)

Diet:
• 08:15 – 1 banana
• 09:00 – 1 pb&j sandwich, 2 tiny oranges
• 14:00 – meat and vegetables, fried egg plants, fresh mango
• 17:30 – snack on cheese

Chores, etc.:
• 07:45 – Saturday morning cartoons on METV
• 08:00 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 12:00 – have successfully cancelled all billing then deleted my Wordpress dot com blog. It took awhile, navigating through their online menu system, etc.
• 13:00 – watch old game shows and eat lunch at home with Sylvia
• 14:45 – turned on MLB TV, Mariners vs Blue Jays playing in the top of the 3rd inning.
• 17:00 – now tuning into the Tigers vs Orioles game, Orioles leading 4 – 0 in the bottom of the 4th inning.
• 19:00 – Svengoolie

Chess:
• 19:30 – moved in all lichess games, Scheming Mind can wait until tomorrow.
