Saturday

In Summary:
* A normal Saturday in October: college football games, monster movies, and little else of any consequence.

Prayers, etc.:
* My daily prayers.

Health Metrics:
* bw= 216.83 lbs.
* bp= 131/79 (68)

Exercise:
* kegel pelvic floor exercise, half squats, calf raises, wall push-ups

Diet:
* 08:15 – 1 banana, 1 peanut butter sandwich, 4 boiled eggs
* 09:30 – toast and butter
* 13:30 – cottage cheese and applesauce
* 16:30 – baked chicken, baked beans, mashed potatoes, whole kernel corn

Activities, Chores, etc.:
* 07:30 – bank accounts activity monitored
* 07:50 – pray, read, follow news reports from various sources, and nap
* 12:05 – now listening to the Radio Network of the Michigan Wolverines as they broadcast today's college football game between the Wolverines and the Washington Huskies
* 14:30 – after the Michigan win, I've now tuned into the Hoosier Sports Network to listen to this afternoon's game between the Michigan St. Spartans and the Indiana Hoosiers. Go Hoosiers!
* 16:30 – watch old game shows and eat dinner at home with Sylvia
* 17:10 – back to football.
* 19:00 – tonight's Svengoolie

Chess:
* 12:50 – moved in all pending CC games
