Prayers, etc.:
• 06:15 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 08:30 – Today's Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries, is offered as Day 40 of the 54-Day Novena for Our Nation, and that is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for the Memorial of Saint Pius of Pietrelcina, Priest
• 18:15 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Saturday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Health Metrics:
• bw= 220.30 lbs
• bp= 134/80 (67)

Diet:
• 08:00 – ½ ham & cheese sandwich
• 09:15 – 1 banana
• 11:00 – garden salad
• 14:00 – bowl of pancit, and bowl of stew

Chores, etc.:

• 09:20 – The Vivisection Epidemic – Steve Green's Right Angle
• 12:00 – listening to Aggies Football
• 14:00 – watch old game shows and eat lunch at home with Sylvia
• 15:40 – turned to the Colorado vs Oregon game
• 18:00 – tuned to the Rangers vs Mariners MLB game

Chess:
• 15:20 – moved in all pending CC games
