Saturday

In Summary:
* More than anything else, today has been a “recovery” day. I wasn't necessarily expecting that, but turns out it was needed. All the testing done on my right eye Thursday and Friday mornings was surprisingly stressful. A stress-free, relaxing Saturday has done wonders to steady my mind.

Prayers, etc.:
* My daily prayers.

Health Metrics:
* bw= 220.02 lbs.
* bp= 140/81 (66)

Exercise:
* kegel pelvic floor exercise, half squats, calf raises, wall push-ups

Diet:
* 07:30 – 2 crispy oatmeal cookies, 1 barbacoa breakfast taco
* 10:30 – BIG buffet brunch at Golden Corral

Activities, Chores, etc.:
* 07:00 – bank accounts activity monitored
* 07:15 – read, pray, listen to news reports from various sources
* 10:10 – go to Golden Corral for brunch with the wife
* 12:15 – Back from GC in time to catch the end of the 1st half of the IU /Penn St. college football game. Halftime sees IU ahead 17-7.
* 14:40 – after the dramatic win by IU, I'm now watching Iowa St. vs TCU
* 17:00 – listening to relaxing music and quietly reading
* 19:00 – Svengoolie

Chess:
* 10:00 – moved in all pending CC games
