Prayers, etc.:
• 06:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 0630 – Psalm 93, the morning devotion from Benedictus
• 07:00 – Hubris – a Virtue Signal
• 09:30 – Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries, prayed publicly with my KofC Council and Parish at STM
• 10:00 – Mass at STM
• 20:00 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and The Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
• 06:15 – 1 banana
• Noon- buffer dinner after Mass with Sylvia at Golden Corral
• 16:00 – bowl of cole slaw
• 18:00 – dish of ice cream

Chores, etc.:
• 07:15 – Give It To Them – a Back to America post by Bill Whittle
• 13:30 – update paper planner and note cards
• 16:00 – Study KofC material

Chess:
• 17:00 – moved in all pending CC games
