• 09:20 – Today's Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries, is offered as Day 48 of the 54-Day Novena for Our Nation, and that is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for the Twenty-sixth Sunday in Ordinary Time
• 12:00 – the Angelus
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 19:00 – The Hour of Compline for today from The Roman Breviary in English, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
• 09:15 – toast and butter
• 09:40 – 2 pcs. of pizza
• 10:30 – cottage cheese
• 12:00 – 1 ham & cheese sandwich
• 15:15 – plate of breaded fish steaks
• 17:00 – snack on cheese slices

• 08:00 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 10:30 – stock newly arrived paper products

• 12:15 – my Sports Sunday starts with the Steelers vs Texans game, joined early in the 1st quarter
• 16:30 – after listening to the Rangers lose to the Mariners, I switch over to Network TV coverage of the Cowboys vs Patriots NFL game
• 18:30 – SUNDAY SPECIAL w/ Donald Trump Jr., Mark Levin and Scott Presler – 10/01/2023 – The Dan Bongino Show

Chess:
• 15:55 – moved in all pending CC games
