• 06:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 07:30 – the Angelus
• 15:00 – The Glorious Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, followed by the Daily Mass Readings for the Thirty-first Sunday in Ordinary Time
• 18:50 – The Hour of Compline for tonight from The Traditional Roman Catholic Breviary in English, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Health Metrics:
• bw= 218.20 lbs
• bp- 132/74 (61)

Diet:
• 08:45 – cottage cheese and pineapple chunks
• 14:20 – fried chicken and steamed rice, noodles with vegetables and meat

Chores, etc.:
• 08:30 – bank accounts activity recorded
• 09:00 – watch old eps. of NCIS
• 12:00 – listening to the 1st NFL Game of the day, Rams vs Packers
• 15:30 – 2nd game, Cowboys vs Eagles

Chess:
• 14:45 – moved in all pending CC games
