• 06:30 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 09:30 – public pro-life Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries, with my KofC Council
• 10:00 – Mass at STM
• 21:00 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
• 07:30 – ½ peanut butter sandwich
• 11:30 – BIG buffet meal at Golden Corral
• 17:00 – snacking on cheese

Chores, etc.:
• 13:30 – watching NASCAR Truck Series racing on FS1
• 15:30 – college football, GSU vs TSU
• 17:00 – switched to tonight's NASCAR Cup Series Race
• 19:00 – turned away from NASCAR to watch the Notre Dame vs Florida State game

Chess:
• 16:50 – moved in all pending CC games
