• 04:20 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 09::30 – public, pro-life Rosary with Glorious Mysteries prayed with KofC brothers and STM parishioners
• 10:00 – Mass at STM
• 18:15 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
• 06:00 – 1 banana
• 08:30 – fruit salad
• 11:45 – big buffet dinner at Golden Corral
• 18:45 – 1 small Splenda diabetic shake

Chores, etc.:
• 08:30 – The Gift That Keeps On Giving – Steve Green's Right Angle
• 11:15 – good f2f convo with FN Richard after Mass
• 13:15 – home from Golden Corral in time to catch the 2nd half of the Cowboys game
• 15:15 – after a disappointing loss by the Cowboys, I've tuned in to the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race for a few minutes
• 16:00 to 17:45 – yard work, cutting branches in the back yard, loading the organics bin for Thursday pickup
• 18:30 – leisure reading

Chess:
18:05 – moved in all pending CC games
