Prayers, etc.:
• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 07:40 – The Glorious Mysteries of the Holy Rosary. Followed by The Memorare
• 14:30 – Thought for today from Archbishop Lefebvre: Before the blindness of minds, before the hardening of hearts, we have a grave duty, a very grave duty: the duty to pray, to join our hands and implore God for the salvation of the world. Circumstances invite us more than ever to raise our souls to God, to revive in our souls the virtues of piety and devotion which the blood of Christ placed in us through baptism.
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 19:10 – The hour of Compline for tonight according to the Traditional Pre-Vatican II Divine Office, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Health Metrics:
• bw= 222.10 lbs.
• bp= 149/82 (69)

Diet:
• 06:30 – 1 banana, ½ pb&j sandwich
• 10:00 – cottage cheese and applesauce
• 12:00 – 2 baked pork chops
• 14:00 – bowl of mung bean soup

Chores, etc.:
• 08:30 to Noon – had old eps. of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman playing in the background while I closely reviewed the household budget
• 12:00 – start watching pre Super Bowl shows on CBS
• 17:30 – didn't take me long to turn away from the pregame stuff, I turned back to the Super Bowl Game in time to hear Reba sing the National Anthem, then watch the opening kickoff. It's my plan to turn down the sound at half time then turn it back on when the second half starts. After the game ends I'll head to bed.

Chess:
• 14:10 – moved in all pending CC games
