Prayers, etc.:
• 06:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• Noon – attended Mass at San Francesco di Paola Catholic Church
• 20:45 – the daily meditation from Magnificat monthly magazine; and the daily meditation from Benedictus. – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum. – Tonight's Rosary is the Glorious Mysteries.
Diet:
• 07:15 – 1 banana, 1 McDonald's quarter pound sandwich
• 14:00 – appetizer sampler plate and big chef's salad
• 17:00 – snacked on pistachio nuts
Chores, etc.:
• 08:30 – prep for the day's KofC work
• 10:00 to 13:30 – KofC 4th Degree Honor Guard work at a Mass and procession
• 14:00 to 15:30 – took Sylvia to lunch at a favorite restaurant
• 16:00 to 17:00 – work with graphics files on my Chromebook.
• 18:00 to 19:30 – more work on Graphics files, this time with my Linux machine
• 19:30 – tuned into tonight's Cowboys vs Bucs game
Chess:
• 17:30 – move in all pending CC games
