• 04:30 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 04:45 – Day 2 of Magnificat's Novena to St. Joseph
• 06:00 – Time to Pray, Time to Stand – General Flynn
• 08:00 – Ephisians 5:1-9; Luke 11:14-28; – “The Struggle Against the Devil of Impurity”, a meditation for today from Toward Easter.
• 08:30 – Today's Rosary is the Glorious Mysteries because, even in Lent, every Sunday is like a little Easter.
• 12:00 – a long outdoor Confirmation Mass with the Archbishop and a Knights of Columbus Honor Guard at Mary Mother of the Church Catholic Parish
• 20:40 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – Followed by the Thursday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
• 05:45 – fried bananas
• 10:40 – toast and butter
• 15:00 – Chirashi bowl and banana ice cream desert

Chores, etc.:
• 05:00 – record health metrics
• 05:30 – monitor bank accounts activity
• 11:00 – 14:30 – Confirmation Mass
• 14:30 -16:00 – Dinner at Sushi Zushi
• 16:30 – 17:40 – work with graphic and text files
• 17:45 – tune into the Rangers vs Mariners MLB game, already in the 7th inning
• 19:00 – an old ep. of ST:TOS

Chess:
• 10:20 – moved in all pending CC games
