• 06:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel, followed by
the Angelus.
• 08:30 – Today's Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries, is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for the Nineteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time
• 12:00 – the Angelus.
• 18:00 – the Angelus.
• 18:45 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Health Metrics:
• bw= 220.20 lbs.
• bp= 138/75 (61)

Diet:
• 08:15 – 1 banana, toast & butter
• 09:30 – applesauce and cottage cheese
• 10:45 – big stuffed omelet, fried spam and sausages
• 18:30 – snack on raisins

Chores, etc.:
• 06:15 – health metrics recorded
• 08:00 – bank accounts monitored
• 09:00 – watch old eps. of comic book heroes on H&I Network
• 12:00 – NFL Preseason Game. Chiefs vs Saints
• 15:00 – baseball o'clock now, time to follow the Rangers vs Giants game

Chess:
• 16:50 – moved in all pending CC games
