• 07:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel and the Angelus
• 08:00 – The Glorious Mysteries of the Holy Rosary.
• 15:15 – From today's Traditional Latin Mass – Collect: “O almighty and everlasting God, Who dost govern all things both in heaven and on earth: mercifully hear the prayers of Thy people, and grant us Thy peace in our time.”
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 20:10 – The hour of Compline for tonight according to the Traditional Pre-Vatican II Divine Office, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
• 08:00 – applesauce, ½ pb&j sandwich
• 10:30 – cheese sandwich
• 12:30 – baked fish and vegetables, sliced cucumbers
• 16:30 – steak, 2 baked potatoes, egg rolls

• 09:00 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 09:30 – watch old eps. of Wonder Woman and Superman on Comic Book Heroes
• 12:00 – Trump vs. Desantis, Catholic Church & Faith – Royce White, EP #153 Please Call Me Crazy
• 12:30 – watch old game shows and eat lunch at home with Sylvia
• 13:30 – watching a replay of yesterday's Bengal's vs. Chief's game
• 15:00 – switched over to pregame coverage of this afternoon's Cowboys vs Packers game, the game is 30 minutes away. Yep, I'll be watching.
• 19:30 – after the disappointing Cowboys loss, I'm now watching the Lions vs. the Rams
