• 07:45 – Today's Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries, followed by Mt 13:1-9
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 20:00 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Health Metrics:

Diet:
• 07:00 – 1 banana
• 12:00 – buffet brunch at Golden Corral

Chores, etc.:
• 06:45 – bank accounts activity monitored
• 08:15 – watch old eps. of comic book heroes on H&I Network
• 11:30 to 12:30 – brunch with Sylvia at Golden Corral
• 13:00 – tuned into the Rangers pregame show for their MLB game vs the Cleveland Guardians starting soon, and nap
• 16:45 – listen to a Tucker Carlson speech
• 19:00 – begin watching old eps. of Star Trek on H&I

Chess:
• 13:05 – moved in all pending CC games
