• 05:00 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – the Angelus
• 06:15 – Today's Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries, is offered as Day 6 of the 54-Day Novena for Our Nation, and that is followed by the Daily Mass Readings for Twentieth Sunday in Ordinary Time
• 17:40 – Catholic Night Prayer, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Health Metrics:
• bw= 221.50 lbs
• bp= 138/70 (55)

Diet:
• 06:50 – ½ fresh peach, ½ pb&j sandwich, cottage cheese
• 08:30 – a plate of sausages and fried rice
• 12:30 – fried squid

Chores, etc.:
• 05:30 – health metrics recorded
• 07:00 – Bannon's War Room
• 08:00 – watch old eps. of comic book heroes on H&I Network
• 11:00 – assemble, print, and email KofC docs with a meeting notice
• 12:30 – baseball o'clock, Braves vs Giants
• 14:30 – switched over to the Rangers vs Brewers game
• 18:00 – it's football o'clock, time for another Preseason NFL Game, Saints vs Chargers

Chess:
• 13:40 – moved in all pending CC games
