• 05:15 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
• 06:00 – Jn 6:60-69
• 10:00 – Mass at St. Thomas More
• 20:50 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Glorious Mysteries

Diet:
• 05:00 – 1 banana
• 13:30 – 1 baked fish, egg plant, bitter melon, ½ banana
• 17:30 – 1 small Splenda diabetic shake

Chores, etc.:
• 12:00 – watching LPGA Golf
• 14:10 – Bacteria Filled Masks – Facts Matter
• 14:55 – The Iron Curtain Trail – Mystic Roads
• 16:15 – update ppr planner, etc.

Chess:
• 11:45 – moved in all chess.com, lichess, and Game Knot CC games
