• 16:55 – The Hour of None for today from The Pre Vatican II, Traditional Roman Breviary in English
• 18:50 – The Meditation of the day from Magnificat Monthly Magazine. – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum

Diet:
• 06:45 – applesauce
• 07:40 – toast & butter
• 10:30 – air-fried chicken
• 13:30 – cucumber salad
• 15:00 – meatloaf

• 17:15 – moved over to the Cowboys vs 49ers NFL football game

Chess:
• 09:00 – moved in all pending CC games
