• 09:40 – The Glorious Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, followed by the Daily Mass Readings for the Twenty-ninth Sunday in Ordinary Time .
• 18:00 – the Angelus
• 19:15 – The Hour of Compline for tonight from The Traditional Roman Catholic Breviary in English, followed by Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – And that followed by the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.

Diet:
• 08:40 – cottage cheese and applesauce
• 09:15 – 1 cheese sandwich
• 12:30 – 2 steaks with mushroom sauce, rice, fresh pineapple
• 15:30 – 1 banana, snack on cheese

• 16:00 – watching old eps of NCIS
• 18:00 – tuning into [105.3 the Fan]() for tonight's ALCS PreGame Show, and I plan to stay here to listen to the game itself which starts in about an hour
